 Hats is Walt Winston's 56th Solo album.   This album is a retrospect album of sorts.  Eight of these eleven tracks on this album were actually written back in the early to mid 1980's.  Three of those tracks were actually recorded for the first time, even though one of those tracks were released on a previous album.
