Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Walt has achieved the most online Number One Hit Singles with 133 since 2007, as a solo artist as well as a member of his former band The Waltles.     Walt began his music career 40 years ago in 1981 writing and  performing his own material and in the early days mixed with any  Beatles material he could play.   Within 5 years he was performing mostly his own material, especially after he left The Waltles he then only performed his own material.   Walt as a solo artist, now has 132 Online Number One Hit Singles from MP3.com, Betarecords.com until they went defunct in 2011, then he charted locally on the St. Louis   ReverbNation Folk Music Charts.   Walt appeared on local television five times in the areas he performed in, reaching America's Got Talent, twice in 2011 and 2012.  At the time of his Season 6 appearance he had racked up 70 Online Number One Hit Singles!   His 2012 Season 7 appearance was not televised because of royalty issues from Season 6 in which he received an undisclosed amount of money from the appearance in Season 6.

Walt has always made a mark on this world, where ever he may have been, as he has always had parallel careers.  Walt was a Radio Personality/Journalist/Sportscaster for 22 years, and began his Radio career in 1986

and was interviewed by Good Morning America twice, in 1999 while he was covering Hurricanes: Dennis, Floyd, and Irene while he was the News Director at WCXL Beach 104 on the Outer Banks of North Carolina!

Walt then became a truck driver in 2008 and while he was in Truck Driving School he would wind up writing what would have been his biggest Online Hit Single, "Truck Drivers Aren't Supposed To Cry!" at the time he wrote it.

This was a few years before the world would see him on America's Got Talent! in 2011 which was televised

while only 3000 fans saw him perform again in 2012 in St. Louis, Missouri, Walt's Hometown as he was the

Top Of The Bill for America's Got Talent! Season 7!  Today, Walt enjoys his weekends at home with his

significant other, and their Miniature Schnauzer, named Tiny!
